The winning design of a public competition held to find a logo for the youth sub-committee for this community organisation. It depicts a youth with arms outstretched to serve the community with qualities of leadership, dedication to nation building, loyalty and patriotism as signified by the four rings that come from the original People's Association logo.

The designer, Yew Wei Lee, won a $200 cash prize. He donated his winnings to the Far Eastern Bible College.
