Its crest included a five-point leaf, each representing the school's five values, and three leaves at the base symbolising the teachers, parents and community working together for the holistic development of its students. Inside the main leaf is a book and a CD-ROM featuring the school's motto "Pure in Act" and "Joy in Learning".

The logo was updated after 2014 to include changes such as replacing the outmoded CD-ROM with a computer.
