A political satire by playwright Tan Tarn How and directed by Ong Keng Sen. It follows a civil servant's search to find the best way to help his nation achieve more "soul" to make it a more vibrant place. The brochure was designed to resemble a government report and it contained illustrations by Chan Man Loon (who was also the set designer), Suzanne Lim and Lesley Yeow.
The play presented by TheatreWorks was held at The Drama Centre from 28 January to 9 February 1993.
