A festival started in 1991 by The Substation to provide young theatre practitioners a platform to experiment and create new works. This edition presented works by The Murdoch Performing Group as well as from The Substation's first batch of Artists-in-Residence: Koh Leng Leng, Tan Pei Hwee and Ang Gey Pin of Ox Theatre; and Zai Kuning.
The works included Kafka: the Trial; Drumming Songs ~ 12 Chapters; and Bluemonkish.
