This design collective was started in the 2000s by Edmund Seet, Kai Yeo and Yasser Suratman. The trio first met in design school at Temasek Polytechnic during the 1990s, and came together after graduation to work on projects outside their day studios. They sought to use graphic design to comment on current affairs, the design industry and visual culture in Singapore.
The sticker features the logo of the collective. It is probably a play on the then logo of the World Wrestling Federation, a popular American television programme among Singaporean youths. The name of the collective seems based on Alcoholics Anonymous, a group helps people recover from alcoholism, and suggests their desire to help the public rehabilitate aesthetically.
