The Concorde Hotel was formerly located in Havelock Road. It was operated and owned by Hotel Properties Limited (HPL) in the 1990s. The brand also opened hotels in Malaysia, Vietnam and Myanmar. In 2005, the hotel was renamed Holiday Inn Atrium. Three years later, HPL took over the Le Meriden Hotel along Orchard Road and revived the brand in Singapore.
