Situated at the west wing of Golden Mile Shopping Complex, this restaurant served Penang and Indonesian cuisine. It was a branch of the famous Rajah Rooms of Penang.
Its entrance had "Golden Rajah Lounge" emblazoned in bold gold lettering, while its interior decor was simple in contrast.
