Located inside two shophouses along South Bridge Road, units 206 and 208, Lee Onn was one of more than 20 goldsmith shops in the area during the 20th century. Unlike the intricately illustrated designs of other goldsmith receipts, this one stands out for its lack of ornaments, streamlined organisation of information and use of photography.
