This free monthly magazine was published to advertise the latest happenings and events in People's Park Complex. Located in Chinatown, the high-rise has a residential tower sitting atop a commercial podium and was one of Singapore's earliest shopping centres. The latter component opened in 1970 while the entire complex was completed three years later.

The cover features the atrium of the complex, also known as the "City Room", which was designed to capture the bustling activities of traditional street shopping by placing the circulation elements such as escalators, stairs and walkways around a larger internal concourse.
