An air-conditioned coffee house, cafe and bar located on the ground floor of the International Building next to Lido Theatre. In existence since the 1960s, one of its specialties was "Barbecue on Sword".
In 1981, Ginivy was converted by its new owners into a restaurant cum lounge offering country music. It moved to Orchard Towers in 1989 after International Building underwent a renovation.
