A first day cover issue to commemorate the first time Singapore hosted the Southeast Asian Peninsular (SEAP) Games. The set of six stamps were designed by freelance graphic designer Clinton Lim who had no prior experience in this medium. He depicted all 16 events either pictorially or in words on a background of gold, silver and brozne to represent the medals participants were chasing for.
