Located in the second floor of Lian Yak Building (联益大厦), this restaurant officially opened in 1970. From 6am to noon, it served breakfast before lunch service began. From 4pm to 730pm, an evening band played. While from 8pm to 2am, the niteclub came to life. This manner of operation was reportedly the first in Singapore then.
