This free monthly magazine was published to advertise the latest happenings and events in People's Park Complex. Located in Chinatown, the high-rise has a residential tower sitting atop a commercial podium and was one of Singapore's earliest shopping centres. The latter component opened in 1970 while the entire complex was completed three years later.

On the cover is a photo of a baby contest held in the complex, which had an atrium that was popular venue for public events including government campaigns.
