Spring Season started when housewife-turned-manager, Alice Foo introduced a diverse menu of 86 items ranging from Cantonese, Hainanese, Chinese and Western dishes. The rather large coffee house at Thomson Shopping Plaza allowed for 150 seats and had a function space as well.
As the name suggests, they had seasonal menus that change from time to time, setting it apart from the typical local choices.
