Hock Lee Amalgamated Bus Company was one of several private bus companies operating different bus routes in Singapore.

In 1971, it was merged with 10 Chinese private bus companies to form three large public bus companies. All existing bus routes operated by the bus operators were rationalised and reorganised to avoid duplication of routes.
